New Delhi: India's Leander Paes moved up two places to be at sixth position in the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) men's doubles rankings announced on Monday.

With his Czech partner Lukas Dlouhy, Paes is on a roll, winning the Bangkok Open last week and making the finals of Japan Open Sunday, only to lose to Russian Mikhail Youzhny and German Mischa Zverev.

Mahesh Bhupathi, on the other hand, is static on his last week's 12th position.

In the men's singles rankings, Prakash Amritraj has dropped three places to 228 whereas Somdev Devvarman too lost a place to be at 240th position.

Sania Mirza, who is recovering from a wrist injury, has slipped seven places to be in 98th position among women's singles players.
